Ripples- Intro to Water Aerobics - Fall Session 1

Ripples is a slow paced aquatic exercise class perfect for those recovering from an injury, looking to start an exercise routine or for those who do better with less transitions and a quieter atmosphere. Built on fun, Sean Carr, certified Aquatic instructor will break down the water exercises and low impact, non weightbearing cardio into an easy to follow and gentle-on-the-body workout. Water weights and pool noodles may be used to increase the challenge. Limited spots available for adults 18+. Closed toe water shoes are required. Senior discount applies for 55+.

Making Waves Fall Session 1
with Sean Carr
Join us in the pool this fall for a total body workout led by Sean Carr, certified aquatic instructor. With the help of some water weights and the natural resistance of the water in our heated, therapeutic, shallow water pool, this high energy, low impact exercise class will leave you energized and feeling great for the rest of the week. Adults only (18+). Senior discount applies for 55+.
No class 10/9 due to the Columbus Day holiday.

Aqua Zumba - Fall Session 1
with Debbie Rafferty
Join us for a dance party in the pool! Debbie Rafferty, Aquatic and Zumba Instructor, will lead you through fun and fast paced choreography using upbeat songs that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving. A great cardiovascular workout that also stregthens and tones muscles.
