Stretch Pilates - Virtual

Are you ready to get back to the mat?  Join Kim this fall for a Stretch Pilates class via Zoom.  We will focus on all  the basic Pilates moves for lengthening and strengthening plus stretches for flexibility and because it just feels good! This class improves posture and focuses on the core and all the other muscles of the body.   From the top of the head to the tips of your toes,  will be energized and yet relaxed by the end of the class.     *Please be sure you add your email when prompted for registration.   Zoom meeting ID is sent via email link. 

Thursday Toning- Virtual (Trial)

Join Kim for this free trial class designed to sculpt and tone with hand weights, no weights or other household objects (soup cans or water bottles).   Safe and effective toning exercises will be demonstrated.   This class requires standing or sitting in a chair.   No mat needed! Some very low impact toning moves will be added to give the heart a little boost but the main focus of this class is getting those arms, legs and core lean and strong.   All you need is a small area!  *Please be sure to add your email upon registration when prompted.   Zoom meeting ID is sent via email link.
