Cardio Pump Session 1

Looking to take it up a notch?  Join Kim Lowman, AFAA/NASM certified instructor for this hour of power.  This class combines fat burning cardio with safe and effective upper and lower body exercises that will re-shape your body.  Head to toe strenghtening and sculpting will beat those winter blah's.  There will no classes on 12/27 and 1/3 for Holiday Break!

Need to get back on track?  Setting goals for 2019?  Join AFFA certified group instructor Donna Clifford for an overall body toning and sculpting class.  Using light handweights, therapy bands, stability balls and low impact cardio, this is a fantastic way to shape your body and feel fabulous.  Donna offers modifications and challenges that truly make this class your own.   There will be no class on 1/21 for MLK day and no class on 2/18 for Presidents Day. 

MAT Pilates -Session 1
