Cardio Pump Session 1

with Kim Lowman


Are you looking to increase your stamina and strength?  This 6-week class is all about getting heart healthy while you sculpt the body with your choice of dumbells (2#-10#).  Low impact cardio is weaved throughout the class with a higher impact challenge for those who wish to level up. Add in some core exercises and you have a total body workout in one hour.  All exercises are done in a safe and structured manner with no plyometrics or boot camp style.  Safe for both beginners and advanced.  Taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA/NASM.  * No class 12/26, 1/2/ and 1/16
