Chair Stretch Yoga - Virtual

Join Kim in the comfort of your own home for some Chair stretches and yoga. This 6-week session is just what we need for the colder winter days and to get ready for Spring! Simple stretches and yoga poses plus a focus on breathwork and positivity will surely start off your week with a spark of warmth. This 30 minute class is suitable for anyone who wants a gentle class. We will move slowly and safely for those of us with arthritis, achy/stiff joints or just learning the practice of minfulness and letting go. Zoom link will be sent via your email prior to Monday evening class for easy access. All you need is a good sturdy chair, preferably an arm chair but any chair will do. If you have quiet and soothing music you enjoy for your own background that will enhance the experience. This is a 30 minute gift to give yourself! No class on 2/15 due to Presidents holiday.
