Fit and Tone - Session 2

with Kim Lowman


Shape your body with light weights, stability balls, therapy bands and low impact moves.  Modifications for beginners/challenges for the more experienced.  This class is for all levels!  Learn proper form and safe exercises to keep you in tip top shape.  Class ends with Mat exercises and stretches that can also be done in a chair.  Start the week off on the right foot!  Taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA/NASM.   No class Presidents Day 2/17
