MAT Pilates -Session 2

with Kim Lowman


Strengthen and tone the entire body with a focus on the core! Pilates is perfect for all levels of fitness from the beginner to the elite athlete.  Activating the core muscles not only flattens the abs, it also increases spinal flexibility and pelvic alignment which can reduce aches and pains.  Stretches and postural poses offered throughout class will release tight muscles, lengthen/tone legs and arms and help you to walk a little taller.  This 6 week class is taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA, Balance Point Pilates and Barre certified.
