This beginner level  6 week class is the perfect introduction to aquatic fitness.   Sean Carr, Certified Aquatic Instructor, will lead you through a well-balanced and fundamental series of aquatic exercises in our 88 degree shallow water pool.  Class will consist of a 10-15 minute warmup, 30 minutes of light cardio and resistance exercises and 10-15 minutes of cool down and stretches.  You'll be part of a friendly group of people of all abilities working and interacting together in a welcoming environment.  Benefits of warm water exercise include: reduced stress on joints, increased circulation, ease of movement, pain reduction, increased balance, coordination and flexibility.  (No class 5/27)   Senior discount for 55+.   Water shoes required.   Adults 18+
