Looking for an express class to try Pilates or get back on track with your goals in the comfort of your own home? Join Kim via Zoom for 6 weeks every Tuesday at 5-5:30. This is a "go at your own pace" class. During this class, we will focus on all the basic Pilates moves for lengthening and strengthening plus stretches for flexibility and just because it feels good! This class improves posture and focuses on the core and all the other muscles of the body. From the top of the head to the tips of your toes, you will be energized and yet relaxed by the end of the class. *Please be sure you add your email when prompted for registration.
