Are you ready to get back to the mat? Join Kim this fall for a Stretch Pilates class via Zoom. We will focus on all the basic Pilates moves for lengthening and strengthening plus stretches for flexibility and because it just feels good! This class improves posture and focuses on the core and all the other muscles of the body. From the top of the head to the tips of your toes, will be energized and yet relaxed by the end of the class. *Please be sure you add your email when prompted for registration.
