Staying strong and focusing on health and wellness is exactly what Stretch Pilates is all about! Join Kim for an hour class via Zoom. During this 6 week series, we will focus on all the basic Pilates moves for lengthening and strengthening plus stretches for flexibility and just because it feels good! This class improves posture and focuses on the core and all the other muscles of the body. From the top of the head to the tips of your toes, will be energized and yet relaxed by the end of the class. *Please be sure you add your email when prompted for registration.
