Thursday Toning- Virtual

Join Kim for this 6 week session to get you ready for Spring using hand weights, no weights or other household objects (soup cans or water bottles). Safe and effective toning exercises will be demonstrated. This class requires standing or sitting in a chair and a mat or towel for floor exercises. Some very low impact toning moves will be added to give the heart a little boost but the main focus of this class is getting those arms, legs and core lean and strong.
