Yoga for all Abilities- Session 2

Start your weekend with a Saturday morning gentle yoga practice. This 6 week session is perfect for all abilities. Yoga is a mindful experience that can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression whilst increasing energy and motivation. Gentle poses, stretches and balances will increase your body awareness and flexibility. Yoga is a practice and only you matter on your mat for this hour of "me time". Challenges will be offered for those who are further along in your practice. At the end of class, lavendar eye pillows will be offered for savasana. This savasana is pure bliss and will start your day out feeling renewed and refreshed. Class taught by Jen Shanks, 500 RYT.
