Join Jen Shanks, 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, for a restorative and mindful yoga practice designed to reduce stress and use the breath to clear the mind. Jen uses a thoughtful approach to guide her class through poses that help with spinal alignment and flexibility. This class will leave you refreshed and renewed. The warm lavendar eye pillows during Savasana is pure bliss.
