Join Jen Shanks, Registered Yoga Instructor, for a restorative and mindful yoga practice designed to reduce stress and use the breath to clear the mind. Jen uses a thoughtful approach to guide her class through poses that help with spinal alignment and flexibility.  This class will leave you refreshed and renewed.   The warm lavendar eye pillows during Savasana is pure bliss.

Yoga for all abilities - Session I

Join Jen Shanks, Registered Yoga Teacher, for an hour of mindful yoga.  Jen offers a safe practice with a purpose behind every pose so every move makes sense. She will offer challenges for those ready to move deeper into their yoga practice as well as modifications for those with joint and health issues.   By balancing breath, body and mind you are sure to feel refreshed and relaxed.   Class ends with a Savasana complete with warm lavendar eye pillows.  No classes 12/22 and 12/29.
