Yoga for all Abilities- Session 1

Sail through the holidays with a Saturday morning gentle yoga practice.  This 6 week session is perfect for all abilities. Yoga is a mindful experience that can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression whilst increasing energy and motivation.  Gentle poses, stretches and balances will increase your body awareness and flexibility. Yoga is a practice and only you matter on your mat for this hour of "me time".   Challenges will be offered for those who are further along in your practice.    At the end of class, lavendar eye pillows will be offered for savasana.  This savasana is pure bliss and will start your day out feeling renewed and refreshed.  Class taught by Jen Shanks, 500 RYT.   No class on 12/21 and 12/28

Essential Oils Make and Take Workshop

Essential Oils are everywhere these days.  This workshop presented by Tresa Rolando Salters, doTERRA Essential Oils Wellness Advocate Health Coach, will introduce you to the top 10 doTERRA oils and show you how you can use them as an all natural remedy to common concerns such as headaches, digestions issues and aches and pains.  The workshop is free.  However, if you wish to make and take your own roller(s) for $5.00 each, cash, checks, Pay Pal and Venmo will be accepted at the workshop.
