Chair Yoga - Winter Session 2

Chair yoga is an effective and accessible exercise for everyone. Many, if not all, traditional yoga poses can be replicated as sitting yoga poses or stretches using a chair. By participating in this gentle exercise class, you can take advantage of the many benefits yoga provides, such as increased circulation; feelings of well-being; and decreases in blood pressure, anxiety, inflammation, and chronic pain. Instructor Suzanne Mallon will lead you through this 30 minute class.
Open to adults 18+. Six week session.
Yoga for all Abilities - Winter Session 2

No experience necessary! This 6 week session is perfect for people of all abilities. Yoga is a mindful experience that can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression whilst increasing energy and motivation. Gentle poses, stretches and balances will increase your body awareness and flexibility. Yoga is a practice and only you matter for this hour of "me time". Challenges will be offered for those who are further along in your practice. Open to adults 18+.
