Stretch Pilates - Virtual

 Staying strong and focusing on health and wellness is exactly what Stretch Pilates is all about!   Join Kim  for an hour class via Zoom. During this 6 week series,  we will focus on all  the basic Pilates moves for lengthening and strengthening plus stretches for flexibility and just because it feels good! This class improves posture and focuses on the core and all the other muscles of the body.   From the top of the head to the tips of your toes, will be energized and yet relaxed by the end of the class.     *Please be sure you add your email when prompted for registration.   Zoom meeting ID is sent via email link.  No class 6/1.

Chair Stretch Yoga - Virtual

Calendar May 17, 2021 at 6 pm, runs for 7 weeks

Join Kim in the comfort of your own home for some Chair stretches and yoga.  This 6-week session will offer seated yoga poses that can be advanced into standing yoga poses if you choose.  Use the chair to sit the entire time or to offer balance for standing poses.   This 30 minute class is suitable for anyone who wants a gentle class.  We will move slowly and safely for those of us with arthritis, achy/stiff joints or just learning the practice of minfulness and letting go.  Zoom link will be sent via your email prior to Monday evening class for easy access.  All you need is a good sturdy chair.   If you have quiet and soothing music you enjoy for your own background that will enhance the experience.   This is a 30 minute gift to give yourself!   No class on 5/31 due to Memorial Day Holiday.
