Yoga for all Abilities - Spring Session 2

No experience necessary! This 4 week session is perfect for people of all abilities. Yoga is a mindful experience that can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression whilst increasing energy and motivation. Gentle poses, stretches and balances will increase your body awareness and flexibility. Yoga is a practice and only you matter for this hour of "me time". Challenges will be offered for those who are further along in your practice. Open to adults 18+.
