Essential Oils Make and Take Workshop

Essential Oils are everywhere these days. This workshop presented by Tresa Rolando Salters, doTERRA Essential Oils Wellness Advocate Health Coach, will introduce you to the top 10 doTERRA oils and show you how you can use them as an all natural remedy to common concerns such as headaches, digestions issues and aches and pains. The workshop is free. However, if you wish to make and take your own roller(s) for $5.00 each, cash, checks, Pay Pal and Venmo will be accepted at the workshop.
Cardio Pump Session 1

Are you looking to increase your stamina and strength? This 6-week class is all about getting heart healthy while you sculpt the body with your choice of dumbells (2#-10#). Low impact cardio is weaved throughout the class with a higher impact challenge for those who wish to level up. Add in some core exercises and you have a total body workout in one hour. All exercises are done in a safe and structured manner with no plyometrics or boot camp style. Safe for both beginners and advanced. Taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA/NASM. * No class 12/26, 1/2/ and 1/16

Look no further than our new group-a blend of fiber crafters of all levels who knit on needles, a jiffy loom or crochet. This is not a "learn to knit class", however, Art Director Melanie Zagwyn, who has over 30 years of experience with fiber crafts, will be available to lend her assistance and expertise. These monthly gatherings are sponsored by New England Village, a nonprofit organization that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Open to adults 18+. Beginners with basic knitting experience welcome.
Making Waves Water Fitness- Session 1

Ripples - Introduction to Water Aerobics

This beginner level class is the perfect introduction to aquatic fitness. Sean Carr, Certified Aquatic Instructor, will lead you through a well-balanced and fundamental series of aquatic exercises in our 88 degree shallow water pool. Class will consist of a 10-15 minute warmup, 30 minutes of light cardio and resistance exercises and 10-15 minutes of cool down and stretches. You'll be part of a friendly group of people of all abilities working and interacting together in a welcoming environment. Benefits of warm water exercise include: reduced stress on joints, increased circulation, ease of movement, pain reduction, increased balance, coordination and flexibility. Senior discount for 55+. Water shoes required.
H20 Joints in Motion - Session 1

Water walking is a great way to keep those joints healthy in our warm therapeutic pool. Emily Campbell, Certified Aquatic Instructor, motivates with music, trivia and games. The natural resistance of the water helps to build up muscle strength and endurance in a non-weight bearing safe class. Water shoes required. Senior discount applies for 55+
MAT Pilates -Session 2

Strengthen and tone the entire body with a focus on the core! Pilates is perfect for all levels of fitness from the beginner to the elite athlete. Activating the core muscles not only flattens the abs, it also increases spinal flexibility and pelvic alignment which can reduce aches and pains. Stretches and postural poses offered throughout class will release tight muscles, lengthen/tone legs and arms and help you to walk a little taller. This 6 week class is taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA, Balance Point Pilates and Barre certified.
"Flashback" Cardio Dance Fitness-Session 2

Flashback to the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's with all the best dance moves and music of those decades. If you're moving and having fun then you're getting fit! Want to burn more calories, sing along! Girls (and Guys) "just wanna have fun". This 6 week class is held on "hump day" and what better way to break up the week then to dance! Taught by Alicia Green, Zumba certified instructor.
