Open Swim Punch Pass

Welcome to our new Adult Open Swim Punch Pass program!  This 10 swim punch pass does not expire and can be used for the following days:

Saturday Morning Open Swim - 10:00-11:30am

Wednesday Swim* - 4:00-5:30pm

Once you have registered and paid for your Swim Punch Pass, we will have your 10 swims punch card ready at our reception desk for pickup beginning November 1st.  

*Please note: Wednesday swim format will change to a sensory friendly swim opportunity beginning January 1, 2020 for those who prefer a quieter environment.

This beginner level 6 week class is the perfect introduction to aquatic fitness.   Sean Carr, Certified Aquatic Instructor, will lead you through a well-balanced and fundamental series of aquatic exercises in our 88 degree shallow water pool.  Class will consist of a 10-15 minute warmup, 30 minutes of light cardio and resistance exercises and 10-15 minutes of cool down and stretches.  You'll be part of a friendly group of people of all abilities working and interacting together in a welcoming environment.  Benefits of warm water exercise include: reduced stress on joints, increased circulation, ease of movement, pain reduction, increased balance, coordination and flexibility.  Senior discount for 55+.   Water shoes required.   Adults 18+

Flashback to the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's with all the best dance moves and music of those decades.  If you're moving and having fun then you're getting fit!  Want to burn more calories, sing along!  Girls (and Guys) "just wanna have fun".  This 6 week class is held on "hump day" and what better way to break up the week then to dance!  Taught by Alicia Green, Zumba certified instructor.   No class on 4/1.   Adults 18+

Water walking is a great way to keep those joints healthy in our warm therapeutic pool.  Emily Campbell, Certified Aquatic Instructor, motivates with music, trivia and games.   The natural resistance of the water helps to build up muscle strength and endurance in a non-weight bearing safe class.  Water shoes required.   Senior discount applies for 55+  Water shoes Required.    Adults 18+

Strengthen and tone the entire body with a focus on the core! Pilates is perfect for all levels of fitness from the beginner to the elite athlete.  Activating the core muscles not only flattens the abs, it also increases spinal flexibility and pelvic alignment which can reduce aches and pains.  Stretches and postural poses offered throughout class will release tight muscles, lengthen/tone legs and arms and help you to walk a little taller.  This 6 week class is taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA, Balance Point Pilates and Barre certified.  Adults 18+

Get ready for Spring with a Saturday morning gentle yoga practice.  This 6 week session is perfect for all abilities. Yoga is a mindful experience that can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression whilst increasing energy and motivation.  Gentle poses, stretches and balances will increase your body awareness and flexibility. Yoga is a practice and only you matter on your mat for this hour of "me time".   Challenges will be offered for those who are further along in your practice.    At the end of class, lavendar eye pillows will be offered for savasana.  This savasana is pure bliss and will start your day out feeling renewed and refreshed.  Class taught by Jen Shanks, 500 RYT.    Adults 18+

Are you looking to increase your stamina and strength?  This 6-week class is all about getting heart healthy while you sculpt the body with your choice of dumbells (2#-10#).  Low impact cardio is weaved throughout the class with a higher impact challenge for those who wish to level up. Add in some core exercises and you have a total body workout in one hour.  All exercises are done in a safe and structured manner with no plyometrics or boot camp style.  Safe for both beginners and advanced.  Taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA/NASM.   Adults 18+

Shape your body with light weights, stability balls, therapy bands and low impact moves.  Modifications for beginners/challenges for the more experienced.  This class is for all levels!  Learn proper form and safe exercises to keep you in tip top shape.  Class ends with Mat exercises and stretches that can also be done in a chair.  Start the week off on the right foot!  Taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA/NASM.  No class 4/20 (Patriots day)  Adults 18+
