Open Swim Punch Pass
Welcome to our new Adult Open Swim Punch Pass program! This 10 swim punch pass does not expire and can be used for the following days:
Saturday Morning Open Swim - 10:00-11:30am
Wednesday Swim* - 4:00-5:30pm
Once you have registered and paid for your Swim Punch Pass, we will have your 10 swims punch card ready at our reception desk for pickup beginning November 1st.
*Please note: Wednesday swim format will change to a sensory friendly swim opportunity beginning January 1, 2020 for those who prefer a quieter environment.

Stamp-a-Stack Card Making Class
with Nancy Morrison
Create your own stack of greeting cards! Nancy Morrison, avid scrapbooker and card maker, will show you how to create your own hand crafted greeting cards. Using a variety of fun and easy techniques such as rumber stamping, layering, (shape) punching and incorporating ribbon and twine you will create your own unique cards. Get as creative as you want!! This inclusive class is suitable for beginner scrapbookers and the more experienced as well. You will leave with a stack of 10-15 cards with envelopes ready for mailing to family and friends. Makes a great gift too!
Paint your Own Ceramic ChristmasTree

They're back! This is your chance to paint your own ceramic Christmas tree. This vintage blast from the past is a making a trendy hot return. Join Melanie Zagwyn, Art Director at New England Village, in glazing your own 14" (including base) ceramic Christmas tree. Once glazed and fired you will receive an assembly kit which includes multi-colored pin lights, topper star and 7 watt clip-in light kit ready to assemble at home. Go traditional or use your imagination... it's all up to you!
MAT Pilates -Session 1

Strengthen and tone the entire body with a focus on the core! Pilates is perfect for all levels of fitness from the beginner to the elite athlete. Activating the core muscles not only flattens the abs, it also increases spinal flexibility and pelvic alignment which can reduce aches and pains. Stretches and postural poses offered throughout class will release tight muscles, lengthen/tone legs and arms and help you to walk a little taller. This 6 week class is taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA, Balance Point Pilates and Barre certified. * No classes on 12/24 and 1/31.
Yoga for all Abilities- Session 1

Sail through the holidays with a Saturday morning gentle yoga practice. This 6 week session is perfect for all abilities. Yoga is a mindful experience that can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression whilst increasing energy and motivation. Gentle poses, stretches and balances will increase your body awareness and flexibility. Yoga is a practice and only you matter on your mat for this hour of "me time". Challenges will be offered for those who are further along in your practice. At the end of class, lavendar eye pillows will be offered for savasana. This savasana is pure bliss and will start your day out feeling renewed and refreshed. Class taught by Jen Shanks, 500 RYT. No class on 12/21 and 12/28
Fit and Tone - Session 1

Shape your body with light weights, stability balls, therapy bands and low impact moves. Modifications for beginners/challenges for the more experienced. This class is for all levels! Learn proper form and safe exercises to keep you in tip top shape. Class ends with Mat exercises and stretches that can also be done in a chair. Start the week off on the right foot! Taught by Kim Lowman, AFAA/NASM. No class 12/23 and 12/30.
Aqua Zumba- Session 1

Beat the Winter blah's with a tropical feel in our warm pool! Deb Rafferty, Zumba instructor, takes land Zumba and it's upbeat Latin based music to the pool for some water dancing! It's a pool party! Space is limited so early registration is advised for this popular class. Water shoes required. No class on 12/24 or 12/31 for the Holiday break. Senior discount available for 55+
"Flashback" Cardio Dance Fitness-Session 1

Flashback to the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's with all the best dance moves and music of those decades. If you're moving and having fun then you're getting fit! Want to burn more calories, sing along! Girls (and Guys) "just wanna have fun". This 6 week class is held on "hump day" and what better way to break up the week then to dance! Taught by Alicia Green, Zumba certified instructor. * No class on Christmas Day 12/25 or New Years Day 1/1
