Making Waves Spring Session 1

Join us in the pool this winter  for a total body workout led by Sean Carr, Certified Aquatic Instructor.  With the help of some water weights and the natural resistance of the water in our heated, therapeutic, shallow water pool, this high energy, low impact exercise class will leave you energized and feeling great for the rest of the week.  Adults only (18+).  Closed toe water shoes are required. Limited spots available. This is a six-week session.  *No class Monday, May 29th due to the Memorial Day holiday.

Aqua Zumba - Spring session 2

Join us for a dance party in the pool!  It can't be any easier to get in a workout than this. Debbie Rafferty, Aquatic and Zumba Instructor, will lead you through fun and fast paced choreography using upbeat songs that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving.    *Closed toe water shoes are required.        Ages 18+.    Special four week session.

Ripples- Intro to Water Aerobics - Spring Session 2

Ripples is a slow paced aquatic exercise class perfect for anyone recovering from an injury, looking to start an exercise routine or for those who do better with less transitions and a quieter atmosphere.  Built on fun, Sean Carr, certified Aquatic instructor will break down the water exercises and low impact, non weightbearing cardio into an easy to follow and gentle-on-the-body workout.   Water weights and pool noodles may be used to increase the challenge.   Limited spots available for adults 18+.   Closed toe water shoes are required.   Senior discount applies for 55+.  This is a six week session.

Open Swim Punch Pass

We are excited to announce the return of our Open Swim Punch Pass program!  This 10 visit punch pass does not expire and can be used for the following regularly scheduled swim opportunities:

Mondays - 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Wednesdays - 4:00-5:00pm

Thursdays - 5:30-7:00pm

Once you have registered and paid for your Swim Punch Pass, we will have your punch card ready at our reception desk for pickup beginning June 1st. Punch cards must be presented at each visit and can be left at the front desk for your convenience. 

For adults 18+ only.

 

Watercolor Painting Plein Air

“Plein Air” painting refers to painting outdoors instead of indoors. Sitting or standing outdoors, we will begin with simple quick sketches of our landscapes or close-up images, and later, migrate into the use of watercolor paints.  *We will relocate to an indoor setting in the event of inclement weather and use a still life or landscape photograph for reference.

All art materials and chairs will be provided.  Feel free to bring your own chair or easel if preferred.

Please apply your own sunscreen and insect repellent prior to the class.
