Stretch Pilates - Virtual
with Kim Lowman

Staying strong and focusing on health and wellness is exactly what Stretch Pilates is all about! Join Kim for an hour class via Zoom. During this 6 week series, we will focus on all the basic Pilates moves for lengthening and strengthening plus stretches for flexibility and just because it feels good! This class improves posture and focuses on the core and all the other muscles of the body. From the top of the head to the tips of your toes, will be energized and yet relaxed by the end of the class. Zoom meeting ID is sent weekly the day of the class.
Thursday Toning- Virtual
with Kim Lowman

Join Kim for this 6 week session of sculpting and toning using hand weights and therapy bands. Class can also be done without weights or bands. Safe and effective exercises will be demonstrated. This class requires standing or sitting in a chair. A mat or towel can be used for floor exercises. Some very low impact toning moves will be added to give the heart a little boost but the main focus of this class is getting those arms, legs and core lean and strong. All you need is a small area! *Please be sure to add your email upon registration when prompted. Zoom meeting ID is sent via email link.
Ripples- Intro to Water Aerobics Summer Session 1

Ripples is an inclusive class for all abilities. Built on fun, Sean Carr, certified Aquatic instructor will break down the water exercises and low impact, non weightbearing cardio into an easy to follow and gentle on the body workout. Water weights may be used to increase the challenge. We have very limited spots available. The Sollar Wellnes Center adheres to EOHHS guidance. All participants are required to wear a mask until entering the pool. At sign- in all must attest to a Covid-19 screening questionaire. Water Shoes are required. Senior discount applies for 55+ This is a six week session.
"Welcome" Sign Workshop

This is an in-person class to be held outdoors at the Sollar Wellness Center. Please note * guidance below.
Welcome family and freinds to your door with this functional and personalized sign. With step-by-step instruction, you will learn a "shabby chic" rustic painting technique to design your sign. To complete, handy hardware will be used to attach a mason jar vase. Simply add your own florals to customize your sign.
*The Sollar Wellness Center adheres to EOHHS guidance. Masks must be worn at all times on our property including outdoors. All participants must attest to a Covid-19 screening questionaire upon arrival. In the event of inclement weather, we will notify you if there is a change in location, format and/or a rescheduling of the class.
Making Waves- Summer Session 1
with Sean Carr

We are happy to have Making Waves back for the Summer '22. We have limited spots available for this total body water workout led by Sean Carr, Certified Aquatic Instructor. With the help of some water weights and the natural resistance of the water in our therapeutic, heated shallow water pool, you will be energized for the rest of the week. Water shoes are required. The Sollar Wellness Center follows EOHHS guidance and masks must be worn at all times until entering the pool. When you sign into the building you will attest to a Covid-19 screening questionaire. This is a six-week session- no class on Monday, July 4th.
