Open Swim Punch Pass
We are excited to announce the return of our Open Swim Punch Pass program! This 10 visit punch pass does not expire and can be used for the following regularly scheduled swim opportunities:
Mondays - 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Wednesdays - 4:00-5:00pm
Thursdays - 5:30-7:00pm
Once you have registered and paid for your Swim Punch Pass, we will have your punch card ready at our reception desk for pickup. Punch cards must be presented at each visit and can be left at the front desk for your convenience.

Making Waves Winter Session 1
with Sean Carr
Join us in the pool this fall for a total body workout led by Sean Carr, certified aquatic instructor. With the help of some water weights and the natural resistance of the water in our heated, therapeutic, shallow water pool, this high energy, low impact exercise class will leave you energized and feeling great for the rest of the week. Adults only (18+). Senior discount applies for 55+.
No class January 15th and February 19th due to holidays.
Closed toe water shoes are required. This is a six-week session.
Aqua Zumba - Winter Session 1
with Debbie Rafferty
Join us for a dance party in the pool! Debbie Rafferty, Aquatic and Zumba Instructor, will lead you through fun and fast paced choreography using upbeat songs that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving. A great cardiovascular workout that also stregthens and tones muscles.
*Closed toe water shoes are required. Ages 18+. Senior discount for 55+.

Ripples- Intro to Water Aerobics - Winter Session 1

Ripples is a slow paced aquatic exercise class perfect for those recovering from an injury, looking to start an exercise routine or for those who do better with less transitions and a quieter atmosphere. Built on fun, Sean Carr, certified Aquatic instructor will break down the water exercises and low impact, non weightbearing cardio into an easy to follow and gentle-on-the-body workout. Water weights and pool noodles may be used to increase the challenge. Limited spots available for adults 18+. Closed toe water shoes are required. Senior discount applies for 55+.

Chair Yoga Winter Session 1
with Jen Shanks
Chair yoga is an effective and accessible exercise for everyone. Many, if not all, traditional yoga poses can be replicated as sitting yoga poses or stretches using a chair. By participating in this gentle exercise class, you can take advantage of the many benefits yoga provides, such as increased circulation; feelings of well-being; and decreases in blood pressure, anxiety, inflammation, and chronic pain. Instructor Jen Shanks will lead you through this 30 minute class. Open to adults 18+.
Yoga for all Abilities - Winter Session 1
with Jen Shanks
No experience necessary! This 6 week session is perfect for people of all abilities. Yoga is a mindful experience that can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression whilst increasing energy and motivation. Gentle poses, stretches and balances will increase your body awareness and flexibility. Yoga is a practice and only you matter for this hour of "me time". Challenges will be offered for those who are further along in your practice. Open to adults 18+.
