Stretch Pilates Express - Virtual

Looking for an express class to try Pilates or get back on track with your  goals in the comfort of your own home?  Join Kim via Zoom for 6 weeks every Tuesday at 5-5:30.  This is a "go at your own pace" class.      During this class, we will focus on all the basic Pilates moves for lengthening and strengthening plus stretches for flexibility and just because it feels good! This class improves posture and focuses on the core and all the other muscles of the body.  From the top of the head to the tips of your toes, you will be energized and yet relaxed by the end of the class. *Please be sure you add your email when prompted for registration.  Zoom meeting ID is sent via email link. 

Making Waves Winter Session 1

Join us in the pool this winter  for a total body workout led by Sean Carr, Certified Aquatic Instructor.  With the help of some water weights and the natural resistance of the water in our therapeutic, heated shallow water pool, this high energy, low impact exercise class will leave you energized and feeling great for the rest of the week.  Adults only (18+).  Water shoes are required. Limited spots available. This is a six-week session -Please note there is no class on Monday, 1/15 or 2/20 due to holidays.

Aqua Zumba - Winter session 2

Join us for a party in the pool!  It can't be any easier to get in a workout than this. Debbie Rafferty, Aquatic and Zumba Instructor, will lead you through fun and fast paced choreography using upbeat songs that will get your heart pumping.    Water shoes are required*         18 Plus.     (Discount available for 55+)

Explore tools and techniques of Basic drawing in a stress-free, fun class.     Roll up your sleeves and get a little dusty!  You will use traditional "old fashioned" drawing tools like chalk, colored pencils, pastels and graphite.      While learning about a variety of drawing instruments, Melanie Zagwyn, Art Director at New England Village will help you to increase your drawing skills.    Beginners welcome.    Adults 18+.   Limited seating.

Ripples- Intro to Water Aerobics- Winter Session 2

Ripples is a slow paced aquatic exercise class perfect for those recovering from an injury, looking to start an exercise routine or for those who do better with less transitions and a quieter atmosphere.  Built on fun, Sean Carr, certified Aquatic instructor will break down the water exercises and low impact, non weightbearing cardio into an easy to follow and gentle on the body workout.   Water weights may be used to increase the challenge.   Limited spots available for adults 18+.   Water shoes are required.   Senior discount applies for 55+.  This is a six week session.
